There are over 1,000,000 (one million) people in America who are in jail through being overly sentenced, not getting enough legal representation or whom are just plain innocent. This is creating a financial nightmare in the left behind loved ones' lives.
It's like someone dying without life insurance because they cannot help pay any more of the bills. In one of my college courses on government contracting, one of the books had nearly a chapter written on corporate-run jails where in the state governments had contracted out the day-to-day operations of the jails. You should also check out the HUGE conflict of interest in what basis the corporations are paid!
Any pastor or individual who helps an individual in one of these circumstances become free will experience so many huge miracles in their lives...even if they help someone in another state. My book called Legal has some information to help you get started.

Check to see if your 401 K is helping to finance this. I have not poked around...but I got wind of some huge companies engaged in this thriving industry. Literally, lives are for sale...depending upon how long the sentence is!" President-Elect Barack Obama should check out 1)the huge tax burden this is to society as poor families have one less wage earner...food stamps, WIC, welfare and other tax-funded government entitlement programs; and 2)the 'need' to build more jails.
